Hello my name is José Montez, Jr. I am a disabled retired Firefighter/Paramedic and Chaplain with thirty-one plus years of service. I have been a Pastor, Associate Pastor, Youth Pastor, Missionary to other countries and I am father of six children and grandfather to nine grandkids. 

While just starting on our vacation from Georgia, my girlfriend and I had an accident on July 21, 2022 in Martinsburg, WV with our 5th wheel RV. After calling serval RV repair shops and being stressed out, I went online and found AARV Repairs in Hagerstown, Maryland. I wish we would have read the reviews first because I believe there is a very dishonest and hateful person running a RV repair shop in Hagerstown, Maryland.

Mr. Roger B. Brown is doing business as AARV Repairs at 16830 Broadfording Road in Hagerstown. I am not sure why Roger took advantage of us while we were stressed, hurting and needing great help with our damaged RV 5th wheel.

Again, I wish we would have read the reviews first because Roger is living up to all of the negative comments made on AARV Repairs or AARV Rentals reviews on google, businessyab.com, ctmobi.com, ripoffreport.com, yelp.com and tribulations.net. I spoke with John Leasock (former customer from W.V.) over the phone and he told me Roger was untrustworthy, sneaky, very shady and was misleading to him and his insurance company Geico.

My girlfriend and I have filed laws suits against Roger Brown and AA RV Repairs on August 16, 2022. He has treated myself and my girlfriend with disrespect, dishonest, deceit, crafty cunning, lying and deception. According to the above AA Rv Repair, AARV Rentals and AAARV Rentals reviews, Roger has done this type of action before many times.

Also, I went to the District Courthouse in Hagerstown and found many other cases against Roger B. Brown. I found out he has no business license in Hagerstown, Washington County nor in the State of Maryland according to the Hagerstown licensing department. 

My girlfriend and I called Roger on August 13, 2022 approximately at 11:30am. We told him we did not want him working on the RV and we and the insurance company were terminating him as our repair shop because our RV has been in his front yard for over three weeks and he has not even started on it.

Roger got very hostel over the phone and stated he was not giving us our $1000 cash deductible back and he was not going to release our RV to us plus he could not give us a reason for not returning our cash and property. Since the phone conversation with Roger, I have not slept well at night, my anxiety has increased, my relationship with my girlfriend has been stressful and my neck pain from a prior injury/surgeries has escalated.

Roger has taken our $1000 cash deductible, the insurance money and our motorcycle along with our personal living items inside our RV. He has barricaded our RV in his front yard and has taken off one of the front wheels so it can not be moved out of his yard.

Our insurance company had placed an order for our RV to be picked up from 16830 Broadfording Road and to be transported to licensed repair shop however the transport company could not gain access because our RV was barricaded where it could not be moved. I am asking for you to PLEASE review Roger B. Brown doing business as AA RV Repairs and AARV Rentals for yourself.
