I arrived on the 18th of April 2023 to run talking Chevrolet I have a Chevrolet 2013 Captiva I just purchased that day used vehicle little over 200,000 miles and ran without any indications to affect mobilization though my check engine light was on and before I arrived I popped the hood and saw oil leak around the gasket so I was arrived to service while I'm talking Chevrolet I said I would like my check engine light off I just want to see all the gasket valve cover from the oil leak it should turn off my check engine light they went and sent me to another desk of service and they tell me per indication light is 185 dollars I had a crack on my key fob I asked him how much is it for another case and my key fob or it possibly could just be a spare battery I need a new battery it's not working for some reason let's try a new battery he says $365 I said that's okay never mind anywhere else I go to automotives of the same automobile logo for service they do a full service diagnostics for $220 around $265 I wasn't indicated I want a diagnostic I was specifically waving that but identifying the issue and focus I'm directing the reason for service request this is only 10 to 20 minute job two days later as I left it there they gave me a diagnostics they said you need two light bulbs for your brake light when was it for around 127 in the other one for $140 they charged and gasket valve cover $585 so since they already diagnostic I continued go ahead and just stay with the program seal the oil leak in the gasket I was a little frustrated but I appreciated since I already begin the process so an hour later they called me your vehicles are ready for pickup I arrived I paid for it it was a different service customer service from Tuesday that was assistant on this purchase payment I asked him how much is your battery for a key for he said $6 now I'm starting to get warning signs the other guy here on Tuesday I was thinking charge me over $300 today this person is charged me $6 he said but you got to go around for parts I pay them you went around came back and he said I put a new battery he gave me the correct change so I'm like which was they charged me $800 pretty much $774 and some change the diagnostics form was $585 I asked him how much is the battery he said $6 it was a different service customer service individual from Tuesday this Friday morning he said but you got to buy it in parts he took the money did whatever he was going to do came back and said I put a battery give me the correct change I'm like did you charge me for there's no I'm just going to complement it for you which was a very kind so I'm getting mixed messages here now then a driver drove my car out both front tires which is front wheel drive were flat and he was making these awkward noises she got out here's your car I said wait a minute and I pop the hood immediately and I looked just looked at the engine I'm driving it and said what is this she's like what what did she get said I asked for a gasket valve cover well I see that was been done I can see the new valve cover underneath everything plastic covering on top since that's what you got I said my car was not making this awkward sound it's vibrating vigorously as if it has no motor mounts on the passenger side underneath the air flow system and it did that for like 5 seconds and right before it stopped it made a squeal Iike a pully  belt loose belt or something she said let me call somebody she brought somebody out he didn't identify himself not even the position of his occupation he observed his said it's the air conditioning I go this girl is not making any sound whatsoever the only sound that it had was in between the this vibrating and squealing that is doing right before it stops from vibrating break actually so now it's just the air conditioning let me turn it off you don't know your air conditioner is wrong because you like you didn't leave it on we turned it on I think I would know that if my vehicle you turn off the air conditioning and it still did it I said that didn't work so he said okay let me fix it I'm like is it going to be at cost me he says no I said okay that sounds fair thinking for your technician broke something if you're not the technician when doing my valve cover gasket is everything around perfect so I kept the car this is Friday morning April 21st they're also open Saturday today is Monday the 24th I called them around noon inside I was wondering if my vehicle was ready the lady said yes your car is ready I go can you tell me what they did to my vehicle and she only says replace the gasket valve cover I said and explained to her who I spoke with last time who I can identify the name only describe him that he was saying it'd be at no cost that he was going to fix whatever issues or sabotaging my vehicle the technician is done and he was going to inquire who the technician was she said there's nothing like that I can't help you go talk to a different service customer service representative who I already text and called who would not reply on the phone or text because he also was texting me throughout the week which was Ricky Vasquez I called back and they were just hang up on me I called back they would answer the phone and leave it meant I called back and then go transferred to parts I requested service may not get hung up on I call nobody when I spoke to the first lady the first time she said Shane that's who apparently the name that I described her who said things going to repair whatever damage the technician sabotage my vehicle there's nowhere to be found not in the office nowhere to be found anywhere call somebody else and I'm thinking I already paid for the valve gasket cover on Friday he was saying he was going to fix the issue the technician sabotage my vehicle and no cost to me so I'm going to run around I even told her like I just want to come pick up my car she refused not allow me to pick up my car go talk to these people go talk to this go talk to that we'll talk to him nobody would answer the phone nobody will talk about I don't think I'm like you guys find my tires sabotage whatever else in there that I did never requested you want to charge a $10 light bulb replacement and get this because each light bulb one was a right brake light and left brake light one was over $120 I got 27th and the other one was 140 they're saying the diagnostic form that I received invoice it's just the part not the labor or the taxes and I stepped on the break that Friday after checking or receiving a battery complementary to the key fob and I check the key fob right before I left because it apparently get some Shane said he'll fix you sleep in the car here so I check the key form and check the indicator light was off I looked a little bit to see if the gasket was in there I stepped on the brake and looked in the reflection of a service door and I only needed one light bulb the hatchback top brick worked the right brake light worked the driver side did not work it's still legal in Oregon to drive with you working brake lights if you have three but they were charging me for two brake lights a right and the left specifically says right brake light left brake light 2/260 just for two light bulbs without labor for taxes and that's right I can do that myself two three screws pop the hood hatch two three screws take off the light just pull out the light bulb put a new one in two light bulbs for $10 at O'Reilly's or AutoZone auto store shop around I've done it before on my other vehicles I inquired after I was waiting for my vehicle the price of a valve gasket cover with the seal whatsoever stating with labor should be a maximum of $340 I just finished paying $800 so now I can't even get my car from them I've already paid for the service that I requested without backing out even though I'm seeing the prices going up and going and acting weird each different employee and then having my car sabotage no flat tires now it's most likely going to need an alignment

they're driving through the parking lot flat front wheel drive too flat front tires I had the worst customer service from them got a complimentary free battery my key fob but seriously what's that going to do I got to drive out of there unsafely is this something should be reported to the nfsta is that what it is the safety inspectors for automobile industries if I drove out of there with the vehicle like that and got in a car wreck hurt myself or somebody else and that is completely absurd how they thought they would return to me most other car lots dealership car lots they would top off the fluid windshield wiper they would feel the air complimentary of your tires if they're low as they check it as a full service diagnostics even jiffy lube would do that this place was the worst customer service rip off that I ever been to I do not recommend wrong talking Chevrolet service technicians to work on Chevrolets or even the employed if it was my decision which it isn't and it ain't my business so what is my business is my car and me in the safety of my passenger or passengers including my pet and they did not provide that safety five star certified mechanic service that's what makes me upset and frustrating why I am reporting this to the ripoff report internet scam reviews

 One long run-on sentence, no punctuation, no capitalization, no sentence structure. All these things are taught in grade school. Am I ever impressed.
