I have always loved Rooms To Go and I've never had any issues until I went to the Melbourne Florida Rooms To Go I spent $4000 for two beds. My son's bed was fine but mine was nothing like the one that was in the store. I thought I was getting a soft bed the bed that I ordered came with an upgrade with the adjustable head only base which I did get. I also thought I had 48 hours because it was all over the Internet if you were super unhappy with a rooms to go purchase  you were able to to exchange it or return it. within the 48 hour period. But I did not realize that you had to order it online so upfront here I'm telling people buy from Rooms To Go but order it online and you will not have this problem  When my Bed got here I found out that when I use the adjustable headboard that it put pressure where my disability was and it put me in a lot of pain so I could not use it so I put it down flat to try to work with that, but the bed was like a rock. It was so hard nothing like was on the floor, and between that and the base  being so hard, not a regular boxspring I was in so much pain during the night. I was almost in tears and I had to get up and go to the couch , so I called the very next day and explained what was happening and said look. I understand that you like people to stay in the bed for 30 days but I have health issues. I cannot be in that much pain for 30 days and I asked about exchanging the adjustable headboard for a  Boxspring they said they did not take those back ever and I said OK then I'll just buy a boxspring and let me exchange it for a soft mattress. I can't sleep on this for 30 days I'm in too much pain it is going to cause damage to what is wrong with me  Todd the manager was very arrogant and told me that they did not do it. I had to keep it for 30 days and he knew that I could stand up and walk around a little bit and then I just needed to make myself go through the pain of breaking it in for 30 days . Have you ever heard of such a thing they're telling somebody that has a physical handicap to be an even more pain than you're already in for 30 days to break in a bed that is hard as a rock, and nothing like it for someone to talk to somebody with a disability like that is beyond words  I cannot sleep on this bed for that long so now I have to wait 30 days before they will even let me exchange it. if I owned a business number one I would not be rude to somebody like that or make them feel bad about themselves just for being handicapped and not being able to be like a normal person and number two if I knew somebody had a physical disability I would go out of my way to at least let them exchange it the one time before the 30 days so they would not be in even more pain than they are normally in I am telling people beware before you buy in that store. They will tell you anything to get you to buy it then once you do, they are very nasty to you when I called corporate office and Customer Service both they said if I would've ordered it online. I would not have had this issue. They would've taken it back  so people please be aware go to the showroom but if you want to guarantee with your furniture purchase it online this store should be ashamed of itself for treating somebody like this so badly  I have spent $2000 for nothing I can't even have a bed that I can sleep on for another 30 days  I have always loved Rooms To Go. It's very sad that I have had this experience with such a rude manager and it's Store that does not care about its customers when I told them that I would never shop at that Rooms To Go again he said that's OK. That's your choice or prerogative. That is a very rude comment. Thank God there is lots of rooms to go I will update this review in 30 days and hopefully they will give me a soft bed
