Hello,   My name isWilliam Hendrix, I am 30 years of age with 4 children and recently bought a home. The Home Inspector passed the plumbing, then months into living at the residence we couldn't use the sink and second restroom.. We literally had to haul water outside and refrain from using 1 restroom or use it gental.   My Family called our home warranty company "Old Republic Home Warranty", and the plumber who came out mentioned our pipes might be galvanized pretty much obsolete plumbing.

My family then reached out to a company by the name of "Rooter Hero Plumbing Inc." , where a gentleman by the name of Mike Topete conned, swindled, lied, beguiled, and took advantage of our family! Let me explain.   Mike ran my credit as a new home owner and got huge eyes, and he began to recommend things needed to fix our plumbing, but things that were not needed. We talked and he began to recommend more things, till he had my entire backyard dug up, with a technician whom while working, managed to damage the side structure of our home.

The tech had to drill to massive holes in the cement side skirt of our home because his measurements were off.   I speak to Mike and he assures me that he will be deducting certain costs for the inconvenience and to help our family out. We tallied up the deductions, and I still have the repair bill, and he said his company would give us this money back which was a total of $7,000+ dollars. He said he would get a a fund on that. One month goes by, another month goes by. But we have been in constant communication, via text and sometimes phone call.

Most recently about a week ago 8/3/2020, he said he spoke to his regional manager, and they finally resolved everything after more than a year to send a check out.   Mr. Topete said the check would be at my home and to wait for it, but it's been more than a week and he seems to not be responding to my text or call. Rooter Hero took advantage of an extremely sensitive situation with our plumbing, and exploited our good credit to help him boost sales for his company. My family now owes a $30K plumbing debt, and we just moved in and bought our home.

I had to begin to work 2 jobs, one for a college Carrington College, and doing security on the side to maintain my family because of this man's selfish intentions.   Then to make matters worse, Rooter Heros employee Mike Topete has been stringing me and my family along thinking we would receive this check for more than a year. What a human to be going in people's homes, like the elderly and prey on new homeowners to boost sales. The check which we have been waiting on would have been used to give to Rooter Hero Plumbings Finance company GreenSky for loan. This company needs to be exposed for your family and my family's sake. He's done this before to many families before mine, and I had the courage and time to speak out.

Mike Topete, and the Rooter Hero Plumbing Inc still owe our family. Rooter Hero should operate with employee's that have integrity, honesty, loyalty, and kindness.   Sincerely William Hendrix   P.s.: I recently been in a car accident where a lady ran a red light and hit me, My Uncle recently passed from natural cause, My wife lost her grandfather in Mexico to natural cause and Mike knows all of this. They refuse to do the right thing. Please help 3, you're my only hope and prayer. Thank you in advance     Dont' use this company, the coupons they offer on their site are the bait before began to see if you have good credit. As a consumer we want the job done fast and the cheapest, but instead Rooter Hero Mike Topete took advantage of new young home owners.

He tried to make things right for major issue's with their service, and this man along with his company strung me along in hops of receiving a refund work $7k+. The funds we would have put towards the date, they said they couldn't reverse with finance company GreenSky.
