Royal Blue Lawn Service, LLC personal name Stevev Dunn according to sunbiz He billed me through the end of the year which I paid, then sent an email stating he had quit around the middle of September stating he would send a refund within 15 days. He failed to send anything.
Through the years he has made a habit of making promises he never keeps. My mistake hiring him a second time and dismissing his previous poor performance. Now he owes hundreds of dollars.
I fear he will not pay. He has talked previously about leaving town and I fear he might leave and never refund what he owes.
Apparently, he hired jordan perez, a cape coral police officer, to do the work I paid HIM for. perez has a company name jp's lawns or something to that effect. He arrived at our door and kept knocking knocking knocking. I would not answer it. My property manager did. Steve dunn claims my property manager "yelled" at this perez guy but I was within feet of the door. There was no screaming. Who lied? steve dunn or jordan perez. Either way, I fear this perez guy. cape coral governmemt is EVIL,. CORRUPT, AND DANGEROUS.
