This site is an agregate site for cheap Chinese jewelry.
Ruby and Oscar claim to be a London jewelry company, but are are located in a non-descriptive office in Diamond Bar, CA. They are NOT a jewelry company and do not manufacture jewelry. They just markup cheap jewelry by inflating prices, sometimes by several hundred dollars. The original jewelry is less than $20-30 from the original manufacturer.
They do not respond to emails and the phone number keeps changing between an overseas number and US number. Only after contacting VISA's fraud department did we get a response. All shipping cost for returns are at the expense of the customer.
