Dillon, in sales, took my deposit of 2500$ to hold an RV purchase. Later, I told him I want to change to a different RV. He told me he can't do that, so I kept the same interest. I texted him to verify my virtual walk through appointment and he didn't respond. I called the dealership to verify the walk through appointment time and was told, "we're all good for that time". The lady said she would leave a note on Dillon's desk. I work nights and needed a specific time so as to be awake. The appointment time came and went, no call. 

I spoke to Rachel Nabors, sales manager, and requested my deposit back. She said it's non refundable. This was never disclosed to me and I dis not sign a purchase agreement. I asked to escalate this to the GM. Rachel told me he is on vacation for 2 weeks. She did not listen to me and only made excuses. If they don't refund my deposit, I will have to file with small claims court and get an attorney.
