Hello Everyone,

So we are the Vintage clothing provider based in Pakistan and We have got company in U.K as well as USA - However our wearhouse is in Pakistan. We are one of the leading company's in tradekey as well as Alibaba, so the situation here is Mr. Ryan Frankel bought $6,000 worth of Goods from us which includes vintage clothing items

T-Shirts

Jacket

Trousers

The payment was agreed to be paid 100% advance, which Mr. Ryan did.

Due to covid situation, the lot was delay hence it couldn't be delivered on time. Mr. Ryan the owner of thrift vintage fashion hialeah fl opened a dispute on the May 13.

Since he paid from credit card, the amount had to be returned, so we contacted Mr. Ryan and let him know about the situation, and he was agreed on "Provide Tracking number of shipment and I will call my bank to cancel the dispute", so that Our company had shipped the products.



I had provided shipping details to Ryan and when the item were delivered to Mr. Ryan Address which is "2500 W 84th St Unit 3, Hialeah, FL 33016, United States". He Accepted the delivery, we have used fedex as a courier and we have got all the proof also attached to this report.

We don't live in U.S.A, so we don't know the other way to solved it. MR. Ryan shouldn't have accepted the delivery if he already got the money - I either want a delivery to be returned or the payment to be done.
