My vehicle was placed in this shop on 11/14/19 to have body work and paint to be completed within 8 days. My insurance company approved the rental for up to 8 days.
Because body work and paint job was not performed properly, insurance company extended the rental for a total of 14 days. Vehicle was not ready.
I was in a rental car for a total of 20 days (12/03/19). As a result, I was responsible for the remaining 6 days of the rental.
I was told by Sadashiv that they will be responsible for the remaining balance of the car rental. This did not take place. In order for me to get my vehicle back in my possession, I was billed $250.07 for the car rental.
