Saferwholesale GSI Safe sports rip off, disgraceful delivery process New Lennix Illinois

As of the date of this complaint It has been eight weeks since I've ordered my golf cart. Their legal section customer bill of rights specifies 7 to 10 days delivery. It also states notification of delivery, tracking number and six other items that have all been violated.I have not dealt with this company on any items like parts or things that don't work on the golf cart because I haven't received it yet but after reading over 100 nightmare stories on all different complaints sites, I'm sure I'll be writing another complaint in the near future if I ever receive this item at all.

After dealing with this experience my partner and I who was the buyer for Safer Wholesale Golf Carts, who frequently went to China to secure products and quality assurance, are going to open a similar business out of Las Vegas Nevada and try to take 75 to 80% of Safer Wholesale business away from them.  he quit working there for the exact reasons we are all complaining about.

he was sick of what Saferwholesale was doing to customers on a regular basis . We are planning to provide good customer service, two week delivery and parts and service that you can depend on. All I can say is buyer beware and please look forward to a new company that sells the same products with much better customer service overall.
