San Diego Park Shuttle & Fly Charged 5 days to park for 3 days and 3 hours - refused to make it right. San Diego California

This is the worst place you could possibly park.  When we booked to park for 3 days plus 2 hours, it charged us for a full 4 days.  That's fairly normal and no big deal.  When we left after paying for 4 full days, they required a full extra day's payment because we ended up staying 3 days and 3 hours.  So we paid for 5 full days - $155!  They acknowledged the issue and still refused to help us out in any way.     This place is such a scam, I'd highly recommend staying away from them.  We came back after 3 days away and our car was filthy and had cobwebs all over it.  No other parking lot in San Diego has had this problem in our experience.  At least this is something the employees had no control over.  Their refusal to allow us out of the parking lot without paying for a 5th day was inexcusable.
