I spent a year trying to  get them to provide the service  they sold me.

(First a sat phone and later a Bivy stick)

I bought a Sat phone and then traded for a Bivy stick and neither works with the Galileyo messaging service that they bundle with both devices.

My Bivy paid a year in advance have not worked since 8/19/22  (5 months now 1/20/23)

The owner Tina Blanco  lied to me  saying that I would get a refund and then changed her mind and took my money and would not fix the problem or give me a refund.

I could write a book on how  their service is  and  how very condescending they are to their customers.
