Secure Auto Shipping Inc., owes a refund amount of $179.00 from services not fulfilled. Towing services were supposed to be provided but this never happed! We have tried numerous times to contact the company and they have purposely ignored our phone calls and numerous emails. At no time has Secure Auto Shipping Inc tried to settle this matter.
They have chosen to ignore our requests for this refund. Payment for this service was provided to Secure Auto Shipping Inc on March 26th, 2021 and since then they have not returned any of our calls or emails referencing this refund. They were very pushy to pay this down payment for this service but afterwards they were not responsive when we approached them about the refund.
We tried calling there Sales team, Accounting, and Customer service and left emails as well numerous times! There has never been an attempt on their part to solve this matter!
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
