Incident 3/13/23 2-4 Pm Appt. *Unwarranted humiliating & offensive behavior of an Owner. ** I contacted Secure-Appliance to get a Gas stove Repair..Caller I.D. came up as Hussy Bros (A Company who fixes my Ac/Heat units)*I was led to believe it was them. Appt.was for 2-4 Pm Monday 3-13-23. I had sent a Picture of my broken Gas Tube to the guy David (Sidorin,vladimir) He also had another Big Guy with him--both seemed Hostile to me.* As soon as David came in..I tried to ask Questions..he refused to answer any Questions..or even to look at Stove until I gave him my Credit Card. He kept demanding & Shoved the Card machine in my Face to endorse.I looked at the Screen & it was Blank..I refused to sign a blank Screen..he demanded to know if i had Glasses..so I could see to charge. He scrolled & I could see the Charge of $80. He kept rolling his Eyes & demanding I sign--& insert my Credit card. He was a Bully to an 82 yr old Senior & I had to ask that He leave my House. *The Guy is a Bully & he should not be allowed to deal with the Public. He has No People Skills. He expected me to just give in to his demands & Give Money to him..no Questions asked.**Bullying and harassment to an Elder is what he was about in his Business.*He had power and control & his actions were about harming me--intimidating me to give Money when no Services were given-nor offered. Once he was paid..I had no recourse --he could just Leave & go to the next Victim.*To Prey on a Senior Citizen is not acceptable - and in my Own Home!* Vladimir's Negative behavior with me being the target & I was having difficulty stopping the action that he directed at me. *Vladimir was causing distress and risk to my well being.*His aggression toward me was not called for..all over Money. I was fearful of him & would "NOT" do business with him or his Company! Vladimir Sidorin Behavior displayed Unwarranted humiliating or offensive behavior for no reason.
