This report is about an unresolved financial transaction that took place in February 2022 involving Seyedeh Hoda Eshagh Hosseini.

On February 16th, 2022, I paid Ms. Eshagh Hosseini $200 with the understanding that she would reimburse me in another currency. Unfortunately, despite giving her the benefit of the doubt, she repeatedly provided various excuses for not fulfilling her commitment over the course of two months. These reasons included, among others, claims of dealing with a serious illness, such as cancer.

As time passed, I confided in a friend about the situation without disclosing Ms. Eshagh Hosseini's identity. To my surprise, my friend correctly identified the individual based on their own experience with a similar incident involving Ms. Eshagh Hosseini.

I had initially hesitated to report this matter, hoping for a resolution and not wanting to further harm Ms. Eshagh Hosseini's reputation. However, as there has been no progress in resolving the issue, I feel it is necessary to report this incodent.
