SFD Finanz and Investment Simon Blitz Samuel Adoni Sam Efron Boas Smith Investment Fraud and Crypto Scam

This company out of the Netherlands and Switzerland, SFD Finanz and Investment, ran by Simon Blitz and Samuel Adoni promote themselves as investors in several areas of business such as real estate, oil & gas, energy, and technology while running a family office. They approach companies, business owners, and startup companies promoting investment and partnership, but as you go through due diligence they want you  to send them money preferably in cryptocurrency, which is tough to track and cannot be reversed, in advance of receiving their investment. If and when you send the crypto in advance of receiving their investment, they will disappear and not respond to your inquiries and communication.

I checked with 3 other individuals/companies who this happened to in my due diligence in working with them. As I went through the process with them, they brought in two mysterious partners later to try to pressure the transaction. I luckily said no as of knowing of the other 3 individuals/companies. They were trying to receive $100K in Bitcoin.

Do not do business with Simon Blitz, Samuel Adoni, Adam Lemans, Boas Smith, or Sam Efron. Avoid SFD Finanz and Investment and their "family office".
