Shaunte A. Moore a licensed Real Estate Agent works for Better Homes and Gardens in Fort Lauderdale Florida told me about 3 properties great for Airbnb. Shaunte A. Moore told me she can get all three inspected and provide me an Inspection Report for $500.00 in just a few days. I gave Shaunte A. Moore $500.00 for the Inspection Report and she disappeared. Shaunte A. Moore has not returned one call I have left her polite non threating messages requesting my $500.00 money back. I requested she make the Cashier check out to Wholesale Direct Mortgages for $500.00 and mail it to 401 Las Olas Blvd, Department 14, Fort Laudedale FL 33301. Shaunte A. Moore has refused to return my $500.00 inspection fee after now 2 weeks. Shaunte A. Moore could borrower the $500.00 from Amscot - The Money Superstore in a few minutes to pay me back. I will report this theft to the Department of Real Estate also if I do not receive back my $500.00 within the next 2 weeks which will make it a full 30 days since I handed Shaunte A. Moore the $500.00. Shaunte A. Moore must know it is illegal to steal $500.00 from anyone in Florida even if you are a Licensed Real Estate Agent working for Better Homes and Gardens in Fort Lauderdale Florida. I bet if the owners of Better Homes and Gardens knew Shaunte A. Moore stold the $500.00 from my self they would fire her or demand she overnights that $500.00 back today or they would refund me the $500.00 themselves because are not crooks like Shaunte A. Moore must be. If Shaunte A. Moore or Better Homes and Gardens refunds me the stolen $500.00 I will no longer report her.

 You want to use these properties as short term rentals, correct? Did YOU even investigate their viability for that purpose? Why are you relying in this RE Agent for this information since YOU are the person on the hook for their purchase? Speaking of this RE Agent, what is their purpose in life? Answer: To make the sale and earn the commission. Again, back to the original statement...YOU are on the hook for these properties if you should buy them and NOT the RE Agent, that is obvious! Do you kind of think the COMMON SENSE thing to do is for YOU to hire YOUR OWN inspector who YOU PAY and who works for YOU and is loyal to YOU instead of her paying somebody who is LOYAL TO HER??? You are going to spend big money for three properties, right? I'll bet you don't even have an attorney to represent you and review everything BEFORE the sale and at the closing? How about surveys? Did you get YOUR OWN surveyor to survey each property and produce surveys CERTIFIED TO YOU??? You are going to be signing tons of papers at closing. Are you going to READ and UNDERSTAND every one of them, especially in the realm of zoning and HOA restrictions regarding short term rentals? The bottom line to all this is when you talk about the RE Agent supplying an inspector loyal to that agent, it is VERY CLEAR you are floundering around in an area of which you have no knowledge and very little financial common sense and THAT is an obvious FACT. At this point, it is in YOUR BEST INTEREST to get a Real Estate Attorney to oversee what you are doing and to PROTECT YOU from doing anything stupid, which you appear to be on the verge of doing!

You must be a Realtor seeking buyers. I only buy distressed properties or good rental properties.
