Started out professional until I paid them. They hauled out our Hunter 40. Dave was a great resource for information. on the yard while we did the bottom job. That’s where it ended. When I went back to the fuel dock for fuel, the owner, Tom, made a special trip out to tell me I could buy fuel but couldn’t fill my water jug. He was arrogant and rude. He said, I thought you would be back in Texas by now! He wanted me to pay him $500 a month to be on the anchorage near the marina. I told him Little Harbor Marina gives me water with a fuel purchase. He said go get your water there. Over the past year I have purchased $3,640 in fuel alone from Little Harbor. Too bad for Tom. Lost revenue. Go to any other marina but Shell Point. Everyone in Ruskin hates Tom. Ask anyone about him. He has his henchmen steal dingys if he thinks you owe him money. Stay away!
