We did business with Mrs. Sheppard And we agreed to repairing her roof's valley and fascia board. Upon removing the fascia board we noticed that there was extra work needed on the decking above the fascia. We notified Mrs. Sheppard and told her there would be an extra cost for the extra work and she agreed to it.
When the extent of the work was concluded and the pricing was drafted, she denied paying anything extra and ignored everyone except the salesperson managing the job.
I would highly recommend not to do business with this person as she is the one who runs the show in her mind and she loves harassing the repair crew micromanaging them every second of the job.
