Sig Blindsidedrapery Tel Used My credit card number to charge my account NM

Bought a small handheld vacumn cleaner for just shipping fee.  A few months later they used my credit card and signed me up for a montly charge of $86 on 9/21/23 from a company named Sig Azingrounddrap Tel .  I called them and told I didn't sign up for anything they said it was in the agreement when I bought the handeheld vacumn,  I told them I wanted a refund  and to cancel anything  else on their service.  They said they couldn't give me a full refund but would give $30 back.  Which they did thought that was it.  On 11/30 another charge of $74.12 showed up similar company name Sig Blindsidedrapery Tel Same story did not ask for refund have canceled my credit card.  Bank has been no help what so ever will be closing my account soon.
