Clark Krimer is a drunk he always smells like he just left the bar. Then he yells at his employees when they dont make deals. They have telemarketers who solicit calls to companies all over the country. The telemarketers are very good at what they do. They convince merchants that they will pay lower fees with their credit card transactions if they got the terminals from Merchant Industry or National E-Payment (another fake fraudulent company).

Then the merchant signs their dirty little contract and that's when all the fun begins. Well for the owners that is. See, the contracts are usually rigged in their favor and the rates change at their will with invisible clauses. Then the merchants find out when they check their statements and start complaining.
