They advertised a promo with multiplier up to 50x points on sunday.wasted 7+ hours playing in crowded crappy place then wasted more time in line so they could explain that it is basically a joke and all you get is the normal amount of points for all that time and money. I feel so taken advantage of and just terribly upset about this the hard Rock casino did something close to the same thing to us by first stating that they were in Sacramento and in fact they were like 50 miles from Sacramento that was their first lie and then they said that they were going to give us free play that was another lie okay well these guys did the same type of thing except for they didn't actually claim they were going to go straight by the time they were going to go to multipliers on our points that we earned which we not let no multipliers whatsoever after playing for 7 hours you got less than the normal amount we would get for playing 7 hours so I really don't understand what kind of a promotion it was a promotion just to get people to come in and give him nothing so needless to say though for all that time spent there today I did get $4 in free play for my points but the last time I spent this much time there I got to end up getting $5 so it's not that much difference and it's definitely not no multiplier and the only thing they did was multiply the amount of money they'll make at the bar also I brought my girl here and she's just as disappointed and thinks that she did something wrong because she spent her $3 that she earned already and I told her well that's all you're going to get sorry after spending hundreds of dollars here no multipliers whatsoever you just get the $3 you normally get sorry have a nice day so needless to say anybody thinking about going to this place for any type of promotion whatsoever good luck don't waste your time.  Red Hawk is a good casino at least much better than this one I think I would much rather go there next time I've been to Red hawk when they have a multiplier they actually give you  multiple they give you extra points on theirs a five times multiplier at Red hawk ended up giving me $14 when I put would have normally gotten four.  here when you normally getting five or four they give you less in all reality this has been one of the worst trips to the casino in a long time ever at least since the last time I went to hard Rock thought we were going to make a day of it we came around 6:30 this evening it is now 2:13 in the morning and after spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars they gave us a total of free play $8 between the two of us after we both spent hundreds and then but spent money on drinks and a lot of the kind of stuff too they did give us a dollars in free plate and they think we should be happy about that considering they were advertising 5 to 50 times multiplier for you any points that you earn and they give you zero or take some away I'm not totally sure yet it was the biggest waste of time going into standing in line at the desk because the lady looked it up on the computer and said oh yep you you've heard a total of $5 and I said oh really for playing 7 and 1/2 hours I wanted to earned $5 after spending hundreds of dollars and she's all well you earned $2,000 something points well I do that on a normal day when I come here and I do it only three or four hours I don't know what's going on it was definitely it got more and more frustrating after talking to the people all they could say was are you sure you had your card in when you were playing oh my God that is terrible of course I had my card and how do you think the points got put on it which is the normal amount of punch you would get for playing that normal time anyway so the multiplier is non-existent it was like a joke or something and she said I don't know I guess so oh the other one was my girl went and talked to one of the people that work here too and they told her I took after looking at her card that she had probably a hundred and something dollars free play because of how many points she had and when she went to play it on the machine if they gave her $3 so that was a lie also from them so everything they have told us basically was a lie to get us in there and then lied to us once we got there that's basically business built on a lie so to think about that if you're planning on going there I think everything that they tell you is a lie if anything they do is like a lie chances are if you get a jackpot they're going to lie to you and say you don't get all the money or something I mean this is terrible a whole day wasted on this place.  totally wasted when I could have had fun going to like a casino thats reputable like red hawk or thunder valley but I came to this place wasted all that yeah extra gas coming here and oh for $5 free play.woo h*o.i myself have been here almost 5 times a week since they opened. So far this was one of the best things you get as promotion.  But not....now I can't find my girl in there and I'm very uncomfortable even being in the place. As far as I know they give some promo out because they gave my girl free play for one month. She goes once a month at least. But I go a lot more so I get nothing at all. It has been kind of fun but that is home now and buried. They will be in the same category is the hard Rock casino . Totally a no go place for any thing..I'm sorry if this isn't what you need to hear but it is the truth...they went so far as to tell her that you don't get it until midnite so we were still there at 2 am and spent all we had and got no extra free play at all. Thank sky river for the wonderful waste of time and money.. good place if you want to give up gambling though it seems... I'd be sure to not use their card if I bother going back..
