I am avictim of extortion. I am a disable senor citizen. I contacted this company asking questions about installing an Ignition Interlock Device. I spke to Andrew, Joshua,Peggy and Matt individually several times. They assured me fax would be sent to JEFFERSON CITY DVM and my progress would be reported to the Missouri DMV.

June 30, 2022, Darrick from the company came to my resident to intall the Device. He insisted I pay cash $583.64 for six months and show him debit card. I paid the cash and showedmhim my debit card. He grabbed my debit card and quickly wrrote my infromation down. 

July 5, 2022, I called Jefferson City DMV. They inform me their no fax and SKYFINEUS was accepted by them.  Me and my son called SKYFINEUSA several times to have the device uninstallled. They kept  hanging up phone on us. They transferred us to Delta Airlies twice.

July 6, 2022, my son and called SKYFINEUSA. They kept hanging the phone up on us. Finally, I talked Matt. He identified himsel as compliance. I explained why the device should be unstall. He said, " you broke the contract". I replied, "how could break the contract? I paid six months in advance with cash that was reqired".





He hung the phone up. My son and I went to the adddress they had on the website. The place was trashed out and empty. My son took pictures. I receive a text for an appointment that night that did not make.

July 7, 2022, I called the company several times. I was put on hold and hung up. Several attempts, I spoke to Joshua. He said I have to pay $469.89 in cash for theunstallment. I asked to reschedule the appointment that did not make. He said I have to pay to reschedule the appointment. He hung the phone up. 

July 11, 2022, I was not at home. I saw Darrick on my ADT camera at my door. I receives an email no show invoice for $25.88.
