Skylux Travel Luxury Travel Services, LLC Was ripped off twice for economy tickets.

Beware!!! I purchased 2 Premium Economy tickets from them last month. My flight was canceled at the day of departure by United airline and United airline refunded the ticket price back to Skylux. Skylux travel agent took advantage of the situatuion and charged me another $1200.00 to rebook my tickets to next day, even though United airline supposed to rebook it for free. I lost premium economy seats and received regular economy seats for $1200;00 more. I had no other choice, but paying it, because it was last minute and no other options were available at that time. I was ripped off for $1200.00. Also when i was making initial ticket purchase, Skylux travel agent was pushing me real hard to include "free" protection, valued $600.00. I agreed, but this It is a way they scam people, because If a flight is cancelled, this "free" protection valued $600.00 is non refundable and i received $600.00 less from the original amount i paid for my tickets. I was ripped off again for another $600.00 I just want to make people aware of this, so please think twice before dealing with Skylux. Purchase directly from airline, even if you have to pay a little more for the tickets. Once you paid them, you have absolutely no control of your tickets and they can do whatever they want. Forget about refund, unless you disputed with your credit card.
