The owner of this establishment Chris, left me hanging the whole time my car was at his business. I do not recommend anyone do business with them based off the fact that I feel like he lied just to try to get my car at his shop thinking I was one of those people who is fine with them keeping it forever and not keeping me informed. He lied multiple times to me, and also never actually told me what was wrong with my vehicle even though he supposedly was waiting to hear how much my parts were. How could he know my car needed parts but be unable to tell me which parts? How can he be in business 21 years and not be able to give me ballpark estimates of what such parts usually coat? To me it was because my car was never actually looked at which was really crappy considering I gave him my business based off the fact that I trusted he was diagnose my car same day unlike any other business in our area said they would. When I picked up my car my keys were also laid on the front counter for just anyone to walk off with, not put away with the rest of the customer keys as they should have been. Once I got to my vehicle it was also left unlocked in their back field for just anyone to get into, rummage through, hot wire, steal etc. This place may not have taken my money but they did rip off my time which is more valuable than money. 

Slawsons guaranteed me next day diag i chose to take my vehicle to their business becuase all other businesses said at least a week before they could look at it. I called multiple days in a row. Once i was told my car was being looked at but the guy went to lunch and he'd let me know what he said after lunch. I have a friedn who works there so i messaged and asled if he was the one working on it to which he replied when he went to lunch it wasnt even pulled into the shop. So obviously someone lied and im going to assume it was the owner and not my friend. Next day mo answer, 3rd day they closed early, waited the weekend, called on Monday and owner told me he was waiting to hear how much parts would be. When asked what parts were needed and what was found he wouldn't answer that question. And once i told him it was a postal vehicle and i really needed it asap he told me "come get it til i get the parts it wont hurt it no worse" Decided not to do that bc i have bad luck so im sure it would have broke down on me and then id have a tow bill. Waited until Wednesday still no word. Posted on my personal fb page asking for reputable trans shop and said mine was sitting at Slawsons with no word & i just needed someone to diagnose asap. Well he heard about the post and told me to come get my car because he didnt want to do the work after my post (not like he was anyways lol). Upon arriving to pick up my car my keys were laying on the front counter for anyone to grab and walk off with. They were not put away with other customer keys.
