SLS Servicing Client Specialized Loan Servicing’s Unethical, Immoral, Illegal and Untrustworthy to EVERY CLIENT/ Not Only Those W/Excellent FICO’S Littleton Colorado

I would pay good money to be rid of SLS aka Specialized Loan Servicing as my mortgage servicer because:

*  SLS offered clients "Mortgage Refinancing"  - ONLY for the purpose of gaining your ENTIRE financial picture in event of default

*  SLS will never modify your mortgage, no matter how much you owe, how much you don't owe, your FICO or immaculate payment history.  Do yourself dillligence and please look up their modification records for yourself

* SLS will never lower what's due on your HELOC.  Even if the amounts don't add up.  Again... N-E-V-E-R-R -R -R engage with SLS on negotiating your HELOC.  You'll talk to absolutely everyone, but SLS employees are all told to NEVER to decrease a mortgage payers debt.  You're simply wasting your time.  Had I known, I'd have gained 120 hours of my time.
