It is very hard to write a negative bio on a company and ownership who bases their whole existence on money and not the welfare of the animals.  I am writing this to warn every consumer and business to stay away from the CEO and the four facilities they currently own and operate in the Los Angeles area.

In an effort to shed some light on the situation please bear with me as I outline just a few aspects of what I encountered over the two years of employment with South Park Doggie, Inc.  First and foremost I Am only one of the very few employees that actually have a college degree other than MJ Silva.  The founder and CEO Gary Khachatryan with a home address of 1100 Wilshire Blvd, Apt 3308, Los Angeles Ca is a scam artist by every aspect and definition.

On several occasions I personally witnessed two dogs, one as of recent (December 2023) which died under the care, custody, and control of SPD.  Instead of being sympathetic to the situation Mr. Khachatryan attempted to pay off the owner with a ($500) gesture which was the same tactics he did two years prior.  The only difference is SouthPark Doggie currently has an open wrongful death suit pending in the Los Angeles Courts not to mention (11) additional open matters both under the company name and on a personal basis.  In addition, Mr. Khachatryan currently has an IRS lien against him for over ($120,000) in unpaid taxes.

Fast-forward to the locations and staff.  First and foremost SPD does not have certified trainers, especially not emotional support animal training.  Additionally, two of the locations have black mold but instead of repairing he simply sheet rocks over the area and paints it.  As hard as many of the staff work Brian Gonzales, Mark, and several others are constantly spoken down too and told weekly to sell and forget about the shape of the facilities.

With my concerns outlined, the CEO in addition to all these pending law-suits continues to screw consumers over.  The current ratings you see on Yelp and Google were there from the previous owner. At the end of the day if you love your dog do not bring him or her here for care all they care about is the money.
