Splendid Kitchen cabinets Splendid Kitchen Cabinet Ripoff Durango Colorado

I came into Spledid Kitchen Cabinets office to see about ordering cabinets for a new home build. I was building a 3500 sq ft house with two kitchens and 4 bathrooms. I was greeted nicely and after discussing the project was shown J&K Cabinets (sold out of Denver, Co). I was told it was a good line of cabinets at a fair price. Since my build was 800K+ I was not tripping over pennies. I wanted quality in the new build. OH WOW- no quality here. Cabinets were ordered incorrectly, wood was junk. Craftsmanship was poor. And then customer service was even worse. Took over 8 months to fix issues and even then, noting is great- it will just work until I go to a custom cabinet maker and get all new door and drawer fronts made, since all of the originals are cracking and made with poor quality. Mr. Lafferty from Durango, CO was a silent owner- and yes silent he was! And now he sold the business to another SOCO Wood & Windows and that new owner will not do much to helkkp fix my issues. Buyers beware. Do not buy from Splendid Kitchen!
