Paid over $15,000 for a custom door. First, the entire buying process was a nightmare. Lied too about price, availability, and quality. Finally, received the door and it was not only the wrong color but was damaged. Erik Billet their "CEO" promised that everything would be taken care of to my satisfaction. It wasn't at all. In fact nothing was done.
I finally after 2 months asked for my money back and of course everyone has disappeared. Erik was now out of the country...what??? Ryan McCammon their National Sales Manager never returned my call and the guy they (Their sales People) all kept referring me to, Brian Cain some VP was absent as well.
This company is not on the BBB and is completely shady. There are so many other door companies around I implore anyone to not do business with this company.
Oh and by the way I saw a review I NEVER wrote on Google praising them! Who does this kind of thing? RUN from Stately and Wholesale Iron Doors.
