Stromord (hacked I believe) Purchased pump from website Fraud page Hartford Michigan

Similar to the report that brought me here, almost identical circumstances as to process names.

Sept. 9

From websearch for pumps - Stromord site - Pool Pumps - https://www.stromord.com/Pool-Pumps/ 

Transaction completed by shopamazy.com (red flag #1)

Tried to use link provided in confirmation email to ask a question - undeliverable - Mailer demon (red flag #2)

Transaction Charge in credit account - Pashsetting.com (red flag #3)

Researched and found this report:

Immediately (within hours) reported to my credit account - they cancelled card, credited me the $, initiated investigation, and sent me a new card.

Now - Oct. 13

Checked my credit account and found transaction has been charged back to my account. After a few hours wading through the phone transfers at my credit account (and argument about what defines a dispute and fraud and how I should have reported it, really??) Anyway, apparently I am now the owner of scented candles delivered to Puerto Rico (this is fraud, plain and simple). As noted in the original poster, run from this, fast!!
