I ordered 20" tape in hair extensions from www.gsunny.com and had them installed by a professional. I waited about 48 hours to wash them and after I washed them they were HORRIBLE! They immediately became rough, frizzy and appeared to be fake despite being advertised as 100% real human hair. I was and am so disappointed. I have had extensions for years and tried many different brands and applications of instillation, these are easily the worst.

As the weeks went on I was shocked at the amount of breakage and shedding I was experiencing. I had the extensions installed in April and had to have them removed in May. At this point this point the extensions were 16" at best with tons of breakage, spit ends and knotting. The company reached out to me on Instagram to promote them and when I told them they issues I was having with the extensions they did nothing to rectify the issue. When the extensions were removed I was not able to reuse any of them as they were so ratty.

I have reached out to this company on a number of different platforms. They either send me a generic response or delete my post. There is no contact info on their site except for an email. I spent just under $300 on this hair not to mention the cost of having it removed only a month later. I would like a refund from them and them to admit that the extensions are not 100% human hair as advertised. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
