After finding both of my vehicles gone from my residence, the police referred me to the clunker junker. and Alex's towing.  My ex had BOTH of my vehicles towed/sold to them w/out my consent. I contacted clunker junker and Alex's towing immediately, as the vehicles and personal property w/in them was important to me.  Both cars were in running order, and titled to ME.

The first # I had for Alex's towing someone answered, and stated he was just the driver, and then gave me the owner's #.  That number, no one ever answers, and you get a message saying "mailbox is full".  I have also emailed them.  All of which has gotten me nothing.  No return calls, no response from the email.  I did contact the 2nd dist PD in Philly, who informed me "that address is a strictly residential area, no business there".  Upon further research, I've found that the tow company does not have a license nor liability insurance, both of which are required in the commonwealth.

Since the tow company refuses to return a phone call or email, I have gone further.  I have contacted my state Representative, Penndot, District Attorney, County Detectives, Insurance Company, PA attorney general's office, and lastly the FTC.  Hoping any/all of these agencies will be able to help me.  Also that any fines, or criminal charges that they may deem necessary to stop this company from further victimizing citizens through the help of the clunker junker.

If you are a chop shop, illegal salvage shop yes contact these business to continue stealing from others for your gain.  If you are a law abiding citizen trying to dispose of salvage vehicles, do not use either of the parties I've mentioned.
