I was a partner with the owner Wade Brugger. We had agreed on splitting the profits 50% on the General Contracting projects we did together. As time went on every chance he got he would get he woud try and not pay me. I would have to threatan to walk away from the project if i didnt get paid. On the last job we did together he still owed me over $180,000 so I told him he needed to pay some of the past owed or I would not be in the field building the project any longer. He went around my back and shut off my email through the company and sent a different employee with a small check for me a small 17k check. He will not answer emails or phone calls. He is avoiding paying me! To finish the project he hired undocumented workes and paid them under the table. He couldn't build a pipeline project if his life depended on it. Dont fall for this mans crooked buisness dealings. He will steal from you if your a contractor working for him or an employee. He does hot tapping and arc welding for a living and is trying to break into General Contracting. He pays guys under the table and uses undocumented worked from home depot. DONT TRUST HIM.
