Super.com (supertravel app) booked me for a room at Extended stay America-Gainesville,FL, they didn't have available & won't refund me! I've already filed a Better Business Bureau Report as well.
Any inappropriate language here is a verbatim quote of the desk clerk. I used super.com super app (aka; supertravel) & called the hotel ahead, they said they had rooms available. I also informed them i am MtF transgender (because I've experienced terrible transphobic discrimination this year, since being publicly transgender); the desk clerk guy, literally said; "I don't give a f*** about your lifestyle" I was like ...okay, cool" (thinking that's a bit odd, to curse at a new client like that, but okay, I'm an adult, it's not that big of a deal to me. so i booked w/super. I used chime to pay the $83.94 on june 3rd 4:45p (I have a chime screenshot i can share) & upon arrival the hotel informs me, they have no rooms available & super keeps booking them Also they've had to turn away numerous people from super app!
Okay, so refund me then, simple, right? with priceline or expedia, it'd be no problem! with super & this hotel & chime, now none of the 3 involved businesses will refund me! I never got a room & they have no proof I ever did, cause I did not get a room! I demand my money back immediately! It's been months of fighting this & I just made a better business bureau report now, as well.

Why on earth did you use this third party scum to book your room? Nothing but nothing has changed in regard to reservations for hotels, planes or cars. YOU CALL THEM DIRECT just like always! These third parties cannot do anything YOU can't do for your self and that includes ALL OF THEM. All of them are con artists and scams. They make the most money by KEEPING your money which was refunded to them! They have also been known to deliberately make bad reservations in hopes that YOU will cancel and THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY! Do you fully understand this? None of them are any good. YOU MAKE THE RESERVATION DIRECTLY BY CALLING THE HOTEL DIRECTLY and when you do this, you make absolutely, positively sure you are talking with someone employed by the hotel because these third parties are so sleazy, they will deliberately DECEIVE people by making their websites look like it is the hotel website. Secondly, you can FORGET about the BBB! The BBB is NOT your friend. The BBB is also a great big DECEPTION. They refer to themselves as "The Bureau" in hopes you think they are a government body or law enforcement body WHICH THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT! The BBB has absolutely ZERO POWER to force any business to do anything. The BBB is NOT the business police! Their only purpose in life is to SELL their PHONY BALONEY "ratings" and "accreditations" to ANY business willing to pay the price. Would you like to go to a doctor who has an official looking certificate hanging on the wall WHICH HE BOUGHT? That's exactly what the BBB is all about. They will use your complaint to serve as a sales lead to sell these con-artists their "A+" phony rating. Next time, YOU make the reservations YOURSELF by calling them DIRECTLY and making POSITIVE its them. Spread the word among your family and friends so that they don't get deceived. I want YOU to be the hero!
