Swanked creative Unethical and non transparent about refund Mabelton Georgia

This company assumes that you as the consumer are ignorant about how much you should be willing to pay for a website and branding. In a day in age when websites can be built and made within a day for less than 30.00 this company is all about bells, whistles, smoke and mirrors.

The front person Felicia figures out what you are looking for in your branding and then tells you she can not only do this for you but she can do exactly what you are looking for and then promptly proceeds to send you a ridiculously long legal contract that sets you up to play exactly by her rules.

These rules include " If I do exactly what you do not want you can change your mind but you will not get your first retainer back if you do change your mind and anything we have worked on we keep. She couches this policy in a cleverly written statement that claims that you will steal her graphic art which is nothing to pay 2700 dollars for!

She conveniently does not go over any of this very important information with you even though she schedules two face meets on zoom. After you have paid and signed the contract she claims that your website which you thought was going to include all the other things you need to brand yourself well, be warned you will actually be paying for 2000.+ website business card and logo.

If you do not like the direction your graphic art is going she will not permit phone calls. She will, however, email you back with lots of smoke and mirrors ( long-winded emails) couched with shaming you because " how dare you not like her designs?' She is very unprofessional but the kicker is you better make sure you read that contract from start to finish because if you change your mind there goes all your money.

I was just about to finally get to her creating my website when she was actually going to ask for another retainer! This was after I already paid her 2000.00 dollars. Are you kidding me? I can get a business card and logo at Staples for 20.00. Oh my god, this woman is obviously fronting for an outsource company. Oh yeah, and when I did finally get my business card back it came back fresh with spelling mistakes.
