I visited Tailorland Cleaners. Never had any issues with my clothing. I had reported to the cleaners that my pants was discolored and it no longer matched the Jacket. I reached out the cleaners via online. The manager Richard Massimi replied and asked me to bring the suit by the Newburgh store. I was asked also to provide the receipt of purchase. which i did. I also provided a letter from the manufacturer describing the sku number explanation. Mr. Massimi indicated that since the sku numbers were different and on different days. The item is in the Luxe suiting line by which the jacket and pant matched. The sku number identify the items as being a pant and jacket of the same suiting line.

I have asked a reasonable cost $115 to pay for the cost of cleaning by Tailorland, the discounted pricing of jacket and pant & nbsp; which is normal $195 for Jacket and $110 for pants.

I can no longer wear this & nbsp; as a suit. I have been visiting various & nbsp; White House Black Market (the manufactuer) & nbsp;to see if I can salvage this suit. I have only worned this twice. As I am a loyal customer to White House Black Market, & nbsp; I purchased many outfits, pants, suits, dresses to wear as casual , church and events. Attached you will find correspondences

We also noticed that the set from the manufacture was not the same skew number. The suit was cleaned together and there is not much we can do about it.

I spoked to the manufacturer to obtain the information that they provided. The jacket and pants are from them and is their line. I brought this suit to your cleaners and they were matching.
