My son and I moved in with my ex husband while my house was being renovated and put in the market. My ex and I have 50/50 custody. When I moved in I brought my service dog and my sons service dog. Well 2 weeks later we are being evicted because of our service dogs. Because my name is not on the lease. If that's the case I understand but my son has to live there 50 percent of the time and she evicted my ex husband as well because of both the dogs. What can I do about my ex husband being evicted for service dogs for my son who had to be there 50 percent of the time.
