taxnet financial state tax refund cant be found irs sent to them and i havent received it Atlanta georgia

on 1/30/2024 the state of ohio sent my refund to them by direct deposit. I called them on 1/31/24 as it was not in my account and also emailed them. I was told to wait seven days they still have not received it according to them. Here it is february 5th and I have no received my money. I checked of course again with the irs, as well as my bank and it hasnt been received by me. I called them again and was told they couldnt help me i need to wait an addition 21 days, when i know that my refund is in there account that they changed my direct deposit information to, when they prepared my taxes. So at this point my next step is reporting to the bbb and waiting for the thieves to send me my state return and my federal which im sure will disappear also. if you a single mom and need your tax money do not use this company and share what they do to us single moms
