The owners of this property are lying. Not that AirBnB is ever honest either. This is a rental on AirBnB which is a total lie. It is not safe for children or pets. The owner is a scum bag money hungry pervert. He is leaving the front door of the property wide open. At any time single women, men or children could be assaulted by a random stranger. 

The owner hosts parties full of alcohol where he attempts to snuggle up to young foreign girls. He lies about the house saying that it is under construction. This is an attempt to try to cover up the fact that the houses on the property are dangerous. In order to rent them out the owner cannot do this legally. He would never be able to obtain a permit. He can have AirBnB to get around the illegal loopholes.

So, you are putting money in some scumabag pervert's pocket. This so called owner, which he is not, he is more of a caretaker. He tried to cover up the fact that the house is in dangerous condition by cooking a disgusting breakfast and or offering Dunkin Donuts. It gets your mind off the fact that you might eletrocute yourself or breathe in dangeous dust from the crumbling fireplace. Mold is rampant everywhere. If you are young and female he might hire you to provide services. There is something very sketchy about this whole setup. Of course, internatioanals will keep staying here because it is cheap. This is the first AirBnB where an owner has actually followed me all around the property, hazzling me and questioning me. If I had children I would be very skeptical about letting them stay there. Somehome I highly doubt this owner/caretakee has background clearances. This is a property that no one wants because of the location and no one wants to pay to refurbish it. When pulling out of the driveway you need to be very careful that you don't have your car totaled from an accident. Please, plese, please, do not put money into this scumbag's pocket!
