Tectectec Kertec LLC Items don't work! Houston Texas

Bought a GPS watch and Laser range finder from tectectec via Amazon. Neither item has ANY accuracy. When I called Amazon they told me that I was outside the 30 day return window and would have to call tectectec. 

When I reached out to tectectec they told me the same thing about a 30 day return. I am 4 days past the window, and due to incessant rains it has been the 1st time i was able to use the items.

Via email I was told no refund but would replace the items. Why would I replace 2 items when neither are working. One item? Sure. Some kind of mistake, but both items are off? No way. Also, the watch is in French for hazards. I don't speak French.

So now I have $250 down the drain for a French company doing business out of U.S. based distributors.
