Tempurpedic Report Warranty Issues, Inner mattress Core Issues and Mis-sized Mattresses Lexington Kentucky

I have received three exchanges from Tempurpedic.  Each time the inner core collapses within 6 to 9 months creating a huge hump in the middle of the mattress.  The mattress should be 72 X 84, Cal King.  The mattresses they send me are 72 x 82.  The sheets do not fit and the bed is horrible. 

The cost of the cal king was over $4,700.00.  They are refusing to exchange for a Stearns and Foster  which they now own and refusing to send out a technician.  They sent an email stating that I am harassing them.  Tempurpedic is an unethical company with horrible customer service.  The executives make Millions in salaries and bonuses.
