Teresa works in the call center for Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) at 855-777-8590. She was extremely rude on 4/18/2019 and intentionally hung up the phone on me. These people are public servants, who think they are entitled to their jobs, and are intentionally rude to people on the phone and hang up on them because they cannot do their job properly.
Considering they are public servants, this means they are scamming the public to get their pay check.
