Terrry Zygalinski Gated pleasure horses Terry will not honor his warrenty ! Watsonville CA

Terry sold me a beautiful, well trained horse. After spending 2000.00 on vet bills. I found out that the issues he had during the sell was not the saddle as I was told by Terry. It was his legs! Terry has refused to refund my money or replace the horse with a healthy one during the time line that was agreed upon. 

He has tried to sell me a 6 year old untrained  jenny for more money then I paid for the trained huge stocky gelding I paid 4000.00. He has tried to sell me green horses, horses that buck outside a walk for more money then he owes me.

He claims that the fee has gone up since Covid so he wants me to pay and extra 4000.00 for a replacement horse. Keep in mind this horse was returned 2 years before Covid. He was not able to find a horse before Covid???  He is a horse trader hello!!  Non of these horses have been worth 2000.00 not alone 4000.00.

He has tried to give me horses that are less then healthy or trained. He says I can work with them and sell them for the money he ows me. Terry is always out of town. After 4 years of dealing with Terry and his excuses I realize Terry is not a man of his word. A perfessioal horse trader can't find a horse in 4 years.

In the last 4 years, what has he been selling then! Unfortunatly when I returned the horse there was a woman there looking for a horse. I was trying to tell her about Apolo the horse I was returning. Terry told me that he could not sell the horse to her. She would have a vet check done. Her husband was a lawyer.

WISH I knew how he did business before I did business with him! Terry does not warrenty his horses!!!
