Texas Fair Plan Home insurance They keep denying my claim for hail and water damage texas

They admitted there was hail in my area in 2022 & 2021 when i was a customer but Texas fair plan wants to deny my claim for hail and water damage to my roof. I was a customer from January 2011 till January 2023. I recently repaired the water damage in December 2022 and cancelled Texas fair plan for playing games with my claim, that's when the roofer told me about the hail damage that the first agent obviously knew about. I should not have to do their job to prove there was hail in my area when there is obvious hail damage to my roof. This is another insurance company ripping people off and they need to be dealth with!
