Three Rivers Solutions DBA Pro Trust Group Protrustgroup.com is TERRIBLE, the workers are outsourced in India and they always asking for info they don't need and incompetent, ( alot of identity theft occurs with people from India and Nigeria). I am a fraud specialist with a bank and see it everyday. This company does cash advance/installment loans and charge interest like a serious loan shark. For example, a $200 loan would ost you anywhere from $600 to $750 payback Well I paid off my loan extremely early (before 1st payment was due) and got a text that said due to paying it off, I was now eligible for VIP largee loan amount. So, I thought about because like I said, if don't pay off, the interest will do you in. So I decided to take advantage of the offer and was approved for $600. Being honest person I am, I was entering my paydates but their system would not enter the correct info. So, I called to get help, got person overseas who did not know what they were doing so, I hung up got another overseas person who was worse than 1st person and refused to get me a Supervisor when I discovered that a simple adjustment to loan agreement for paydate result in him changing my loan amount that I was already approved for to very low amount. This was in retaliation. He flat out lied and said supervisor was busy. His attitude was so disgusting and he just sat there on mute. So, I called back and asked to cancel the whole thing to which they did not so, I called again and got another nasty overseas worker who not only canceled it but deleted the whole profile before I got chance to remove my banking info. This too done in retaliation. This ALL truth and I have audio evidence so, this business can not try to LIE and I told agents I was recording. This company is SHADY and so are their practices.
