Thrive Bioligics LLC by and through Mike Magaldi and Dr. Seth Camhi made numerous false representations for payments based on work performed, they falsely made numerous representations to potential investors that thrive's stem cell products offered cures for terminal damage to human organs.
They offered to pay for work performed and failed to pay when tolds by Mike Magaldi, CEO and Dr. Seth Camhi that payments would be made. They made numerous false representations to myself and others about the stem cell products, they have stolen other peoples intelllectual properties, they steal financial verticals for profits realized, they blackmail people, they commit and continue to commit numerous crimes.
Thrive Biologics LLC in Rancho Santa Margarita uses tainted blood products in violation of FDA regulations. Thrive will steal your money, make false promises and laugh all the way to the bank
