I bought a Shetland sheepdog puppy from sabs sheltie farm in Columbus Ohio. The puppy was to be delivered to me via American Airlines. I received an email from tkaz logistics saying I needed to pay $750 for a crate and I would receive a refund for $712. After I sent the money they provided me a detailed copy of the flight plan saying the puppy will arrive at 11:57 pm. The following morning I received another email saying I needed to pay $1900 for insurance and I would be refunded once the puppy arrived. The wanted me to pay it with Vanilla gift cards. After paying it they assured me the puppy was on the way. Like the morning before I received another email saying I needed to pay $850 for an animal permit. They wanted an immediate payment. Once that was made they assured me the puppy was on its way. They did provide me with a stamped form saying they owed us $3412. Again they assured us the puppy was on its way I got another email saying I had to pay $4500 to keep the animal out of quarantine. I refused. That's when they said I am delaying the transport of the puppy and if I don't pay I could be charged with animal abandonment. Telling me I'm not following the rules and I am the reason why I'm not getting my puppy. I'm out $4612 plus the $860 I paid the seller
