Tom Kustura of Ibility Media - total felon / Con-Artist - Thief and Ibility Media, Thief and He stole $2,500 from me. New Rochelle New York

I bought 2500 leads from this ripoff artist.  He said the leads were scrubbed for authenticity (meaning the names, phone numbers and email address information would be checked for accuracy). TOTAL LIAR.  

WHEN I ASKED FOR A REFUND HE SAID "NO".

OVER 70% OF THE LEADS WERE PURE JUNK - TOTAL FAKE LEADS.

ABOUT 30% WERE LEADS FROM OVER A YEAR AGO.  CUSTOMERS TOLD ME THE LEAD WAS FROM A MOVE THEY WERE DOING OVER A YEAR AGO.  HE IS RECYCLING OLD CRAP.

Never trust TOM KUSTURA the owner of Ibility Media (they spell it iBility Media). Look at the lawsuits against Tom Kustura for both iBility Media and another ripoff con game he is playing down in Boca Raton, FL with a company called BATS CRM.  

BATS CRM is a software product that doesn't work.  It is not secure.  Anyone uploading their account base (migrating their auto transport data) into BATS CRM will lose their data to a company called SHIPYOURCARNOW.COM.  I know of at least 12 companies that have been filing complaints after they uploaded their data to BATS CRM and now all of their customers are getting emails and mailers trying to lure their clients away.   Tom is a piece of crap.  

Tom Kustura should be in jail.  Our U.S. Justice Department is so screwed up, corrupted andpolitical and ineffective, they don't have time to go after fish like Tom Kustura. I question if he real name is Tom Kustura.  I have been trying to have this guy served but when the process servers visit the address listed on line for Tom they are never successful.  Both in New Rochelle and in Boca Raton, FL.
