Don't be fooled by their claims that they are a 5 star company. That is only on their website, Angi (who they are part of), and Home Advisor (part of Angi). THEY HIDE MOST OF THEIR NEGATIVE REVIEWS. This was proven by Angi, my husband's review (that included photos) is nowhere to be found on their site, even though he hired them through Angi. Check Yelp! Check The Better Business Bureau -plenty of complaints. This company is predatory to elderly homeowners!! Terrible company! Total Home Roofing dba Angi Roofing dba Citrus - avoid avoid avoid!! Their negligence has caused massive damage to our home. Their bill went up by over $5000 and they caused almost double that in just damages and many thousands more in injuries from the debri and nails they left everywhere. They left the house looking a total wreck, the wood is completely exposed because they tore down all of the soffits, they destroyed lightning rods, destroyed all of the gutters except for two - which they took with them. They did NOT do a final walkaround to make sure the job was completed (we have cameras). They destroyed our home, left, and sent a bill. We have been chasing them down ever since. The site manager, the production supervisor, and Angi customer service have all been rude and not willing to help. Worst company ever and I can't wait to see them hit with a huge class action law suit. They should not be in business. Hopefully the state of FL will step in and stop this company from harming others.
