Tranmission Experts LLC They Damage My Window Tint while Repairing My Car!! Gaston South Crolina

To Whom It May Concern:

I been dealing with Transmissions Experts since 2017. I have several thousand dollars with Alex (The Owner). I have been a very loyal customer for 6 years. Monday May 22, I went to him to install a window regulator drivers side on my car. I paid him $133.00 to do the repair. I bought my own regulator from Auto Zone, Gaston for $85.59. I did not notice until the next day that his mechanic had damage my window tint that I had installed several months ago. I called the tint place that I used to install it. They told me it was going to be $45.00 to replace. I went back to Transmission Experts Tuesday May 23, and told Alex they had damage my window tint. He did not accept the blame, but instead said the cable did it when it malfunctioned. Totally False! Alex started cursing me and told me to get off his property and find another mechanic to use in the future. He violently went mad totally unprofessional behavior. This is no way to treat a loyal customer. He does not deserve to own this business the way he treats his customers!

Final Note: He charged me $1.50 for parts when I bought my own.

He charge me $6.25 Hazmat fee when there was no Hazmat.

He charged me $.11 for tax when you don't charge tax on labor. He has a computer program charging customers unwarranted charges based on the money they spend.
